Biography

I am a Computer Engineering undergraduate from the College of Engineering, Pune (Batch of 2022), where I was extensively involved in multiple research projects in the domains of Natural Language Processing and Blockchain. In the future, I am broadly interested in working on trustworthy, secure, and privacy-preserving ML algorithms. Currently, I work as an analyst at Deutsche Bank with a primary focus on the design, development, and maintenance of microservices in Java and Spring Boot. Additionally, I am involved in performance optimization and ensuring product stability within the product pipeline, which includes working with various DevOps tools. As a coding enthusiast, I also participate in coding competitions and hackathons, which help me enhance my problem-solving skills. HTTPWizard | Computer Networks, Python, Prometheus, Grafana

• Built an HTTP server on top of TCP, with socket programming, multithreading, and handling persistent and non-persistent connections.
• Integrated Prometheus to examine performance, CPU-memory usage, and a 3-stage automation, integration, and load testing pipeline.

Kernel Threads implementation in xv6 | Operating Systems, C Language

• Implemented kernel threads on top of the xv6 operating system by adding and modifying system calls for the creation of the threads.
• Added userland threading library in the OS with one-to-one mapping and synchronization of threads using ticket locks.

File Compression-Decompression - Huffman and LZW Algorithms | C Language

• Implemeted a lossless file compression-decompression algorithm in C-language from scratch using 2 encoding algorithms - Huffman and LZW algorithms.
• Achieved 45-60% compression rate for multiple file types while ensuring no data and quality loss in decoding.

File Share Point | React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express

• Created a one-click resource-sharing platform for users and teams with encrypted file storing and a 14-day archiving policy.
• Achieved a 40% query optimization and handled 3x more requests using Heroku scalability features and MongoDB Atlas metrics.

Twitter Clone App | DBMS, Normalization, Flask, HTML5

• A web app that is clone of Twitter and allows users to tweet with the ability to perform all CRUD operations on it, to follow and unfollow others on their timeline, and to bookmark tweets for future use.
• The project's primary goal was to get acquainted about core Database concepts, the MySQL database, and its normalization.

Teacher, Janam Foundation

• Taught high-school Maths and Science subjects to 100+ underpresented children during COVID-19 pandemic

Winner - National Level Hackathon (Web-A-Thon) - GITAM University

• My team developed a full-stack application in MEN stack for colleges to reconnect with their alma mater by creating public/private communities in a time frame of 48 hours.
• The application also allowed alumni to keep track of their batchmates and college events.
